Hello Capital Region Marketing Community,
Summer is an exciting time for our chapter as July kicks off the start of a new board year. This year looks a little different from years past – there has not been an in-person event since February, remote work is the new norm, and everyone is adapting to a new way of living at home, in business, and out in public. As we venture into the sea of unknowns together, one thing remains — AMA New York Capital Region Chapter’s commitment to you, our marketing family.
As marketers, we create, communicate, deliver, and exchange ideas and value. At the center of everything we do is the relationships we foster. Since we can’t meet in person right now, the chapter will continue to offer a variety of virtual events to encourage interaction, relationship building, and outreach within our marketing community. We promise to provide rich and varied opportunities for the community to network, connect, and build relationships with fellow professionals, develop careers, and source educational information. We encourage you to join, volunteer, and grow with us.
As we plan for the coming year, we are committed to adapting to meet the needs of our marketing community. I’m truly grateful to the board and volunteers who stand beside me and drive the Chapter. I am honored and eager to represent AMA New York Capital Region as president this year. If there is anything I can do to help, please do not hesitate to reach out to me or any team member. Until we can meet in person, I look forward to seeing you at our virtual events.
Best,
Chelsie Jankow
